As a subscriber (WEBSITE OWNER) to WFHhosting (HOST) You Agree:

1. WEBSITE OWNERS are responsible for the content of WEBSITE OWNERS website. At no time is or will be WFHhosting.com be held liable or responsible for the content on your website.
2. WEBSITE OWNER is responsible for all payment processing, secure or nonsecure, through their website and as website host we are not liable for any claims by the WEBSITE OWNERS customers, clients or otherwise.
3. HOST is not associated with WEBSITE OWNER other than as a website hosting provider.
4. HOST will not provide hosting for delinquent accounts and will suspend accounts which are one month past due. Acounts in past due for two months will be completely terminated. HOST will not provide a copy of the website which was on the hosting account.
5. It is the sole responsibility of the WEBSITE OWNER to back up their website. Viruses, hackers and other problems may occur with a website which are no fault of the HOST and the HOST will not provide back-up of your site in the case it is damaged or otherwise taken down.
6. WEBSITE OWNER agrees that they will not install scripts or other programs without notifying the HOST.

As a website hosting provider WFHhosting (HOST) Agrees:

1. We will not disclose personal or business information regarding our customers, their hosting package, their financial information or hosting status.

POLICIES
Website hosting is not refundable. Non-payment of hosting will result in the termination of your website without notice. WFH hosting, it's owners, company and other entities are not responsible for the loss of website, content, property, etc due to failure to pay hosting.

WFHhosting is not responsible for loss incurred due to failure to pay nor for loss of your website should it go down without being backed up. If you are in need of regular backing up of your website, please contact us. We currently charge $2.95 per month to back up your website once per month.
